A renovation of a five-story building in the SoHo cast iron historic district that dates from 1876 to modernize the existing offices and create new rooftop access.

HGE's scope involves mechanical and structural engineering work related to the renovation, which includes the extension of the passenger and freight elevators. Michael T. McGough is leading the MEP/FP services and Erleen Hatfield is leading the structural engineering services.
