A New Construction Highrise Cast in Place post tensioned concrete hotel in downtown Chicago.

Rising 26 stories high on a narrow mid-block site in Chicago’s South Loop is a new mixed-use hotel building including retail space on the ground floor, parking, office, and amenities. Currently, this space is an empty site. The hotel features 270 hotel rooms, styled as apartments intended for extended stays. The fully glazed tower rises above the adjacent brick-clad buildings featuring two-toned glass in reference to the Roosevelt University tower across the street.
